I. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

When you create a LootZap account, purchase products, participate in LootZap promotional activities, contact us, or participate in online surveys, we may collect various personal information from you, including your:

LootZap and its partners use Cookies and other technologies in mobile advertising services to control the number of times you see a particular advertisement, deliver advertisements of interest to you, and measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. If you do not wish to receive such interest-related advertisements on your mobile device, you can choose to opt out of LootZap by visiting the following link on your device. If you choose to opt out, you will continue to receive the same number of mobile advertisements, but their relevance may decrease, as these advertisements will no longer be delivered based on your interests. You will still see advertisements related to the content on the webpage or application software or delivered according to other non-personal information. Opting out only applies to LootZap advertising services and will not affect interest-based advertising services from other advertising alliances. However, if you select "Limit Ad Tracking" on your mobile device, contractually, third-party apps will not be able to use the "Advertising Identifier" (a non-personal device identifier) to deliver targeted advertisements to you.

When you use our websites, online services, and application software, LootZap and our partners will also use Cookies and other technologies to record personal information. In such cases, our goal is to allow you to experience LootZap products and services more conveniently and personally. For example, if we know your name, we can welcome you when you next visit the LootZap online store. If we know your country/region and the language you use (and if you are an educator, the school you are at), it will help us provide a tailored and more useful shopping experience. In certain emails from us, we use "click-through URLs" linked to content on the LootZap website. When a customer clicks one of these click-through URLs, it will pass through a separate web server before reaching the destination page on our website. If you do not like this tracking method, do not click on text or image links in emails.

Pixel tags enable us to send emails in a format readable by customers and inform us whether the email has been opened. We may use such information to reduce or eliminate emails sent to customers.

VI. Sharing, Public Disclosure, and Transfer of Personal Information to Third Parties

Sometimes LootZap provides certain personal information to strategic partners who cooperate with LootZap to provide products and services or help LootZap market to customers. IX. Managing Personal Information

(1) Access and Correction

X. Protection of Minors and Children's Personal Information

In e-commerce activities, we presume that you have corresponding civil capacity.
